Here at Walker’s Logs customer feedback is always appreciated, be it good or bad. We like to hear from our customers so we can see which areas we’re doing well in, and where we can improve on from a customer’s point of view. We use a review system called Trustpilot and on this customers can leave us a star rating, along with a written review to let us know how their experience has been with us.

Business Updates
We’re still busy stock piling ready for the winter. We are taking in a lot of timber on weekly basis, we are now sat on the equivalent of 4000 single loads! This stock pile will enable us to deliver promptly when the cold weather hits.
We are also stocking up on our kiln dried log bags and kindling boxes, which are hand packed here at Walker’s Logs. These are one of our popular products, so stocking up will mean that we won’t run out as quickly in the Winter. If you’re local and want to try a couple of these bags, you can come visit us at our yard and collect.
Local Fetes
We have donated some prizes to a couple of fetes happening shortly within the local area. If you’re nearby, why not pay a visit?
Compton Abdale Village Fete – Saturday 27th July 2019. A fun filled day consisting of; a dog show, games and activities, a barbecue and Pimm’s tent. Plus, produce, plant, book and tombola stalls. We have donated 10 of our kiln dried log bags, which is worth £60.00. All proceeds from this fete are split between the local church, and village hall, and two local charities; Maggie’s Cheltenham and the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity. Last year a magnificent £9,000.00 was raised!
Eastleach Village Fete – Saturday 24th August 2019. We have donated five of our kiln dried log bags and five boxes of kindling, plus free delivery within the Eastleach area.
Log Store’s
We recommend that customers store our logs undercover. Log stores are the perfect opportunity to not only help keep these covered, but they are also great for displaying logs nicely in your garden.
