We’ve been working hard to ensure production has continued which has enabled us to stockpile ready for the upcoming season.

We have already seen a vast increase in orders over the past few weeks, and we anticipate a busy season over the next couple of months. So as always, we would recommend getting stocked up sooner rather than later, or re-ordering when your stocks are running low and not completely out to avoid any disappointment.

Welcoming Bo & Mitch to the team

We have two new additions to the Walkers Logs team, Bo and Mitch!

Bo has joined us as a firewood packer and will be helping out with our local deliveries. When he’s not busy packing firewood, Bo likes to spend his time playing the guitar.

Mitch has joined as a forklift driver. He is responsible for checking our firewood processing machines before our processors start their shift to ensure everything is working well. When he’s not working hard at the yard, Mitch likes to play football.

Walker’s Logs Covid-19 update

Getting logs to our customers during the winter season is our main priority, so we are continuing to take extra care when carrying out our usual tasks to reduce the risk of having any Covid-19 related disruptions on our business.

We are still only offering our stacking service outdoors, or into out-buildings. In addition to this, our drivers will not be entering customer homes for stacking.
