Delivery Driver – for the coming Winter 2018.

We are looking for someone who has:

Great customer service skills
A strong work ethic
Maximum 3 points on Driving Licence
Experience in driving/manoeuvring a 3.5 tonne truck

This position will involve:

Loading vehicles for delivery
Delivering kiln dried firewood around the Cotswolds
Stacking firewood in log stores
Tipping firewood onto driveways

Hours: 45 – 50 per week
Start: around 1st September 2017
Finish: 31st March 2018
Pay: £8 per hour

Yard Assistant – for the coming Winter 2018

We are looking for someone who:
Has a strong work ethic
Can work well within a small team
Happy to work in all weathers!

This position will involve:
Packaging of firewood into bags / crates
Kindling production
Yard tiding / cleaning
Helping out with deliveries and stacking

You do not necessarily need to be able to drive, but do need to provide transport to Walker’s Logs Yard.

Hours: 45 – 50 per week
Start: around 1st September 2017
Finish: 31st March 2018
Pay: dependant on candidate experience
