Welcome to our website. By continuing to browse and use this site, you agree to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below, which, along with our privacy policy, govern the relationship between you and Walker’s Logs regarding this website. “You” refers to anyone using or viewing our website.  “Walker’s Logs,” “us,” or “we” refers to the owner of the website, whose registered office is at Compton Farm, Compton Abdale, Cheltenham GL54 4DL. The company is registered in England and Wales, 7119024.

Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries will be carried out by Walker’s Logs own transport methods or by a third party haulier.
  • Orders cancelled or rescheduled within 1 working day of the agreed delivery date will incur a £25.00 (inc. VAT) fee.
  • Once an order has been received, we will contact you via email to schedule you in for a delivery. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days.
  • Local deliveries take place between 7am – 5:30pm. Third party haulier deliveries will take place between 8am – 6pm.
  • The third party deliveries take place on trucks that are 7.5tonnes or larger, equipped with a rear tail lift to unload the order. The delivery drivers are not required to move the pallet beyond the back of their truck but will try to assist where possible. The pallet trucks can only be used on hard standing and cannot move over grass or gravel. If unloading isn’t possible due to this, the pallet will be left as close to your premises on hardstanding. In the event of you being unable to accept the delivery, a redelivery charge will be applicable.
  • For deliveries made by Walkers Logs’ own vehicles, loose logs will be tipped unless stacking has been arranged in advance.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

  • You have the right to cancel an order from the moment an order is placed and ends 14 days from the day the goods are delivered. To cancel an order, you must get in touch with Walker’s Logs within this time frame. Once this time period has elapsed, Walker’s Logs are not liable to accept a cancellation request.
  • Walker’s Logs are not liable for the cost involved to return a cancelled order and all fees to return the goods must be covered by the customer.
  • The goods must be returned to Walker’s Logs in the state that they were delivered and once the order has been returned, Walker’s Logs will refund the funds back to the customer.
  • In the event of the goods not being suitable for use, please contact us to discuss a replacement of goods or to arrange returning the goods and a refund.
